Friday Night Fights: Maxim-um Pressure - Prize Fight: It's Chameleon Time!!

Welcome to the Friday Night Fights: Maxim-um Pressure Prize Fight! The one major rule difference for this special round: The most pain in the least amount of panels. On top of that, I have a tradition of my own: Every time I win a round, I post a Legion of Super-Heroes related entry in my next immediate round.

So how do I satisfy both rules? Very nicely, it turns out!

For tonight's 30th Century throwdown, I'm going with a Legionnaire I've never used before. The futuristic fisticuffs come from Legion Of Super-Heroes#3, by Paul Levitz (writing), Keith Giffen (co-plotting/layouts), Steve Lightle (pencils) and Larry Mahlstedt (inks).

Synopsis: Members of the Legion have been ambushed by the Legion of Super-Villains. Here, Chameleon Boy faces off against his opposite number, Chameleon Chief.

Watch as Cham shifts into a more "Grimm" guise and.....

.....CLOBBERS his opponent!

That covers the "least amount of panels" part (2). As for "the most pain", you don't get more painful than an ever-lovin blue-eyed Thing fist. Even if it's not the real deal.

Tonight's flexible fight song is by Keane.
