You'd think I'd have a long, angry rant for this item, but I don't.
According to this article in the Casper Star-Tribune, Vice President Dick Cheney has "no idea" why he's so unpopular and his approval ratings are so low.
Really? No idea whatsoever?
Here, let me give you a clue, Dickie:
It's for the same reason Lex Luthor doesn't wash his hands.

Cheney's problem is that he WANTS to be Lex! He just doesn't have the charisma to carry it off.
And he's smirking again. What is it with Bush and Cheney and smirking?
