Friday Night Fights: Battlin' Jack - Round 8: Friday Night Food Fights!

Tonight's Friday Night Fights: Battlin' Jack round is a lesson in why shrinking may not be the best superpower  choice for you, courtesy of this story from Marvel Comics Presents#131 by Sandy Plunkett.


Synopsis: A thief has stolen some valuable research from Stark Industries and hidden it in a suburban household where he can pick it up later when the search dies down. Seeing as said research was Scott Lang's, it's not long before Scott himself investigates in his ant-sized alter ego of Ant-Man. His ants alert him toclues in the same suburban household where the aforementioned thief hid his loot. Unfortunately, said household is occupied by a young boy named Lief, whose mother has left him alone for the afternoon.

Unfortunately, Lief doesn't take the idea of Ant-Man leaving too well.

And it's on!

Uh-oh! Now our junior Senator John Blutarski wannabe just brought out the big gun. Or, rather, big mustard dispenser.

Lesson: If you can be brought down by a pre-adolescent with a condiment dispenser, you should probably reevaluate your superhero power set, because it may not, well, cut the mustard. You might even want to turn over a new Lief.
