Friday Night Fights: Ghost - Round 7: Doin' Da (Head) Butt!

For tonight's round of Friday Night Fights: Ghost, I'm using Smallville: Lantern#11 by Bryan Q. Miller, Ig Guara, and JP Mayer.

Synopsis: Prometheus is breaking into Ft. Knox.

Earlier, he had killed a group of DEO agents and wounded both Agent Cameron Chase and Green Arrow. Now Ollie is recovered and looking for revenge.

And he's come dressed for the occasion.

That was way better than the end of Justice League: Cry For Justice. Prometheus was definitely the "butt" of Ollie's joke here. And with that, here's tonight's fight music.

Friday Night Fights: Ghost - Round 6: Getting Jacked!

For tonight's round of Friday Night Fights: Ghost, I'm flashing back to the late 80's with this story from Doom Patrol#24 by Grant Morrison, Richard Case, and Scott Hanna. Synopsis: Robotman tries to rescue his Doom Patrol teammate Rhea (Lodestone) Jones from the clutches of her kidnapper and would-be suitor, Red Jack. How does that work out for him?

Not very well.

And what better choice for tonight's fight music than the same cheeky little number Red Jack was singing as he cleaned Robotman's clock, here rendered by none other than Fred Astaire?

Friday Night Fights: Ghost - Round 5: Bringing The T.H.U.N.D.E.R.!

For tonight's round of Friday Night Fights: Ghost, I'm bringing the thunder, or rather the T.H.U.N.D.E.R., courtesy of  T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents#16, written by Ralph Reese and illustrated by George Tuska.

Synopsis: The evil forces of S.P.I.D.E.R. have discovered the location of T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Mountain. Worse, they've also invented a Disruptor Machine which cuts off electrical energy and have used it to depower and capture the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents. Now it's up to the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Squad to save the day.

And with the Disruptor disabled...

Tonight's fight music is this thundering tune by Bob Dylan.
